These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DiploGraph.com and
the purchase of poster art and related products from DiploGraph (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.


1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Products, Pricing, and Orders

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel
    orders, or correct pricing errors.
  • Product descriptions and images are for illustration only and may vary slightly in color or appearance.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties (which are your
    responsibility).
  • Orders are final once placed; we will confirm acceptance by email.

Shipping & Delivery: Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds: [DiploGraph wants happy customers and we stand by our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will issue you a refund within 30 days of your purchase.


3. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, posters, logos, and content on the Site are owned by Diplograph or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a poster grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the poster for personal, non-commercial display only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell the artwork in any form.
  • Use it for commercial purposes, merchandise, or digital redistribution.
  • Remove copyright notices.

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or infringe third-party rights.
  • Use the Site to transmit harmful code, spam, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

  • Frame or mirror the Site without permission.

6. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
